A Message from Indiana State University Federal
Credit Union's President/CEO Concerning COVID-19

March 18, 2020

With the well-being of our staff and member-owners in mind and limiting person-to-person interactions as recommended by our local government and CDC, effective Monday, March 23, 2020, ISU Credit Union is limiting service to drive-thru only. Lobby visits will only be by appointment. Appointments can be made by calling 812-234-1021 or emailing info@isucreditunion.com.

We remind you that CUOnline Account Access and the CU Go Mobile App are available to check balances, make payments, deposit checks, transfer funds, or pay bills. If you haven't registered yet, we encourage you to create your account today. If you are having trouble with access, simply call us 812-234-1021 or email at info@isucreditunion.com. We also have ATMs available throughout the Wabash Valley for your convenience. You can find that list here.

Credit unions were built on the motto of “people helping people” and that still rings true during this unprecedented time in history. Should you or your family be impacted by COVID-19 and need financial support, we're here to help. We are here to serve our memberships’ needs now, and in the future. Thank you for being a member of ISU Credit Union. We’re in this together.

As we continue to make our main priority the health, safety and well-being of our staff and member-owners, we are working on appropriate precautionary measures when it comes to the COVID-19 pandemic. While we are still operating on our normal business hours with our lobby and drive thru both open, that may change soon as we consider going to limited hours or drive thru only services. Please continue to watch for announcements on our website and social media.

We encourage our members to utilize our CUOnline Account Access and CU Go Mobile App to check balances, make payments, deposit checks, transfer funds, or pay bills. If you haven’t registered for these online services yet, we encourage you to get setup today. If you are having trouble with access, simply call us 812-234-1021 or email at info@isucreditunion.com

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and evaluate additional measures to support our members and community as needs arise. For additional information about COVID-19, you can find the latest report from the CDC or your local health department website.

Again, thank you for your patience and trust in ISU Credit Union. Please know we are thinking of you and your family and will support you through these challenging times.
