A Message from Indiana State University Federal
Credit Union's President/CEO Concerning COVID-19

May 22, 2020

As a reminder, ISU Credit Union will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2020 in observance of Memorial Day as we remember and honor those who have served our country and paid the ultimate price.

On Wednesday, May 27, 2020, the ISU Credit Union lobby will reopen with certain guidelines in place for the safety of our employees and membership.  We strongly encourage that in-branch dealings are related to account opening, account consultation and loan related activities.

Below are a few guidelines you will see in effect upon our lobby’s reopening.

  • While masks will not be required, if you do wear one you may be asked to briefly remove it for identification purposes.
  • Members will be asked to maintain social distancing while inside the credit union.
  • Plexiglass safeguards have been installed at the teller stations and office desks of staff who interact with members face-to-face.
  • A limited number of members will be allowed in the credit union at one time.
  • There will be no public restroom access.

From all of us at ISU Credit Union, we thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. While we are happy to reopen our lobby to our membership, we do want to encourage the continued use of our drive-thru, ATM, night drop, CUOnline Account Access, Go ISUFCU Mobile App, and Touch Tone Teller whenever possible. If you need assistance setting up your online or mobile access, please call us at 812-234-1021. We look forward to seeing you, safely, next week.

May 15, 2020

After careful consideration, and to ensure the health and well-being of our employees, members and community, the ISU Credit Union lobby will continue to be closed the week of May 18-22. Safety measures are being put in place to help protect everyone from this pandemic as much as possible. Our drive-thru remains open with normal business hours and lobby visits will be by appointment only. We encourage you to utilize our online services and are happy to help you connect to those via phone or email should you need assistance.

We hope to announce the reopening very soon and appreciate your support and patience during this difficult time.

May 8, 2020

Your credit union has been closely monitoring the Governor’s “Back on Track Indiana” plan and will continue with our lobby being closed the week of May 11, 2020. Our drive-thru will continue to remain open with normal business hours and lobby visits will be by appointment only. The ISU Credit Union is tentatively scheduled to reopen the lobby on Monday, May 18, 2020. This is subject to change, however. Our priority remains the same - the health and safety of our membership and certainly the credit union staff. To ensure the safety of credit union members and staff we will be operating with certain guidelines when we do reopen. More information will be provided as soon as possible.

May 1, 2020

We will remain in communication with our membership as we move forward with reopening our lobby and will provide more information as soon as possible.

Please continue to watch for announcements on our website and social media.
