Board of Directors

The ISU Credit Union is currently accepting applications for serving as a volunteer member of the Board of Directors. The Board consists of nine members which are selected through an election process as described in the credit union bylaws. Each year three seats are available and are announced at the annual meeting held in late spring/early summer.

If you're interested in fulfilling an important role as a volunteer Director, please contact us. As a volunteer you will have opportunities to work hand in hand with the Credit Union to help ensure ISU Federal Credit Union members receive the best products and services the Credit Union can offer. Directors will have the opportunity to learn about the Credit Union industry and participate in the decision-making process.

The Board of Directors is responsible for setting the goals and direction of the organization and charges Management to carry out that vision. The experience and skills gained as a Director will aid in other community or professional endeavors in which you may participate. The Board of Directors is required to meet monthly and will have to attend an annual planning session, as well as possibly other committee meetings during the year.

If you are interested in becoming a voluntary member of the Credit Union's Board of Directors and have additional questions, you may email them to info@isucreditunion.com. To apply to serve as a Director, please submit a letter of application containing qualifications and biographical data, along with a personal resume to:
